      Dead Tree Contracting completed outstanding work for me recently (Oct 2025) on a remodel of one of our rental properties. The property needed exterior and interior work including siding, electrical, and significant painting and ceiling work. They used a written contract through the Houzz app that made review of the agreement and payment in stages a simple process. The communication was very good throughout the project and all proposed change orders were communicated in advance and in writing. I highly recommend Dead Tree and will be using them again for my future remodels and repairs.
